Order Management

Included Capabilities

Owner Order Queue

The order queue puts incoming and active work in front of the owner, helping the team decide what needs attention.

Recent Orders And Flexible Search

Start with the latest ten orders, then find any matching invoice using text, an invoice date range, or both. Either date boundary can be used on its own.

Status Changes In Place

Click an order status, choose the next status, and save it immediately without refreshing the order list or pressing a separate Save button.

Quick Actions With Helpful Tooltips

Clear icons open order management, editing, and the payment ledger. Ordered invoices also offer a direct shortcut to their packing checklist.

Payment Status At A Glance

A dollar-sign icon opens the payment ledger. Its tooltip shows the payment status and outstanding balance, or confirms that nothing is owed.

Fulfillment And Payment Filters

Filter by fulfillment and payment status to focus on preparation, dispatch, collection, or balances.

Create An Order For A Customer

Enter an order for an existing customer when a request arrives by phone or through a direct conversation.

Move Between Order Steps

Customer, Products, and Review are direct navigation links. Products becomes available after the header is saved, and Review becomes available after products are saved on the invoice.

Save Edits As You Navigate

Changes to customer details, order information, and product quantities save when you switch between available steps, with required-field checks along the way.

Full Order Review

Open an order to see customer details, products, totals, delivery information, and recorded activity together.

The Entire Invoice In One Place

The order management page brings the header, customer information, items, payment ledger, balance, notes, and activity together. Direct links take you to the appropriate editor.

Add Products

Add an available product to an editable order when a customer wants something extra.

Adjust quantities on an editable order and keep the invoice calculations aligned with the change.

Adjust Item Prices

Apply an authorized item-price adjustment and retain a clear itemized invoice.

Delivery Recipient And Instructions

Keep the delivery recipient, contact number, and practical instructions specific to the order.

Customer Notes

Record customer-visible instructions so the team can refer to the request during fulfillment.

Private Owner Notes

Maintain internal notes separately from customer instructions, giving staff room for operational detail.

Fulfillment Workflow

Move orders through the appropriate preparation, readiness, delivery, and completion stages.

Cancellation Management

Cancel eligible orders through the business workflow so status and notifications remain consistent.
